All items are checked carefully at every stage of production and once again before shipment. We hope you will love everything you order from us, but if something is not quite right, we have 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns / Exchanges process

-Please check your package upon receiving it and notify us immediately in writing if the item is defective, damaged, or just different from what you ordered.

-For a return to be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. 

-To start the return process, please get in touch and inform us at Please describe the situation and include detail of your purchase and photo evidence.

-If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return are not able to be accepted.


Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost applied for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.

Please notify the return to us with the tracking number. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until received at our warehouse.

Non-returnables / Non-exchangables

-We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or different from the image.

-Certain goods cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty due to hygienic purposes. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Goods ordered in error

As we strive to process your orders on time, there is only a short time during which you may change or cancel an order. If you did make a mistake when ordering, please notify us immediately. If your parcel has not passed to delivery, we will try to accommodate your request. We do not accept responsibility for customers' errors if you contact us after the product is already on route to you.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please be informed that it may take a few days for the refund to go through to your account.
