Orders are handled directly via WhatsApp or email.

As each order is handled individually, shipping and delivery details may vary depending on your location and order size.

Shipping costs will be calculated and shared with you upon confirmation.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any necessary unit or contact details.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers.

Some locations may not be available for delivery due to shipping restrictions — we will contact you if this applies.

For orders shipped outside Indonesia, import taxes or customs duties may apply.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are required to declare the full value of the shipment and provide an invoice for customs purposes.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local conditions.

Please note that certain products may be restricted in some countries.

Once your order is confirmed and prepared for shipment, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or other recipient-related issues, we may not be able to offer a refund.
