Please inspect your items upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, kindly contact us within a few days of receiving your order.
As all orders are handled individually via WhatsApp or email, please include your order details and, if possible, a clear photo of the issue so we can assist you smoothly.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items should be:
- unused and unwashed
- in their original condition and packaging
As our products are carefully prepared and shipped individually, returns may not be accepted in all cases.
Important Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer
- Please contact us before sending any items back
We are unable to accept returns that have not been discussed and confirmed in advance.
Non-Returnable Items
We may not be able to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Minor differences in appearance due to natural materials
- Used items
Order Changes
As orders are processed upon confirmation, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.
If you notice any mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Refunds
If a return is approved, we will inform you of the next steps.
